For this recipe you will need some water and a piece of pumpkin. You should peel the pumpkin and slice it in pieces. Then, add them to a blender along with the water and mix it until you get a smoothie. Consume it in the morning, twenty minutes before the breakfast. Consume it for a month, every day.
